Santhosh S. Rao is the Practice Head at Gokare LPO Private Limited, Bangalore. He joined GokareLPO in July 2016 and since then been steadily handling increasing roles and responsibilities.  He currently heads the Non-Immigrant Visa team and independently oversees and supervises all aspects of case preparation work for H-1Bs, L-1, O-1, P-3 and R-1 visa petition filings with the USCIS.  He works closely and also collaborates extensively with Attorney, Manjunath Gokare at the Gokare Law Firm in all aspects of managing social media presence, google and Instagram posts, newsletters, etc.

Santhosh attained LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Alliance University, Bangalore, India and B.A., LLB degree from SDM Law College, Mangalore, India.  He has Certifications in Cyber law, Human Resource Management, Mediation and Environmental Law. Santhosh is a member of the Bar Council of India.
