Shivani Ravi Prakash is a Student Intern at Gokare Law Firm, currently helping with the PERM product line and other non-immigrant visa cases. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Cumberlands and interns at Gokare Law Firm as part of her Curricular Practical Training (CPT). Shivani is a dual-licensed attorney, admitted to practice law in both the United States and India. She brings a deep understanding of immigration processes and demonstrates strong legal analysis, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for GLF clients.

Shivani began her career at Gokare LPO Private Limited in Bangalore, India, in June 2021 as an Immigration Law Specialist. She was promoted to Team Lead – Non-Immigrant Visa in September 2022. In 2023, she moved to the United States to pursue her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, equivalent to a J.D., from Christ University School of Law in Bangalore.

Originally from Bangalore, Shivani now resides in Alpharetta, Georgia. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, traveling, and cooking. Shivani enjoys working collaboratively with her team and is dedicated to supporting clients with precision and care.
