USCIS Filing Fees are going up from December 23, 2016. All filings postmarked or filed on or after December 23, 2016 must include the new fees or USCIS will reject the filings. Some of the commonly filed cases from GLF and associated new fees are as follows:1. Form I-129 – Petition for a non-immigrant worker ($460)
2. Form I-539 – Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status ($370)
3. Form I-130 – Petition for Alien Relative ($535)
4. Form I-140 – Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker ($700)
5. Form I-360 – Petition for Special Immigrant ($435)
6. Form I-485 – Adjustment of Status ($1,140 + $85; Total $1225) – I-485 Child (under 14) – $750
7. Form I-765 – EAD ($410)
8. Form I-131 – AP ($575) –For Reentry Permits add $85
9. Form I-290B – MTRs ($675)
10. Form N-400 – Naturalization ($640 + $85 – Total $725)
11. Form I-751 – Petition to Remove Conditions ($595 + $85; Total $680)
12. Form I-90 – Application to Replace Green Card ($455 + $85; Total $540)
